How the day runs

Set up first. Build second.

We work through the setup: the tooling installed on your own machine, and a context layer built from your business - what you do, who your clients are, how you work - so the AI you leave with actually understands your business, not a generic template.

Then we work on building. You bring one real job you do by hand - a report, a research task, a piece of admin - and you build the tool that does it, learning what a prompt is actually doing and why the result changes as you go.
